1. Services Description

Wasatch Claims Group provides administrative research, document collection, and file compilation services for claimants applying for Downwinder benefits under the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA). We are an independent organization and are not affiliated with the federal government.

2. SMS Program & Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to our text message alerts, you agree to the following program guidelines:

Program Description: Wasatch Claims Group SMS Program sends automated and manual texts regarding document checklists, case status updates, meeting links, and onboarding assistance.
Opt-In Consent: You consent to receive recurring transactional messages at the mobile number provided during registration. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on active claim document collection stages and progress.
Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

3. SMS Opt-Out & Support Keywords

You can manage your text subscription at any time using standard keywords:

How to Opt-Out: Text STOP to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text alerts from us.

4. Mobile Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Secure Document Vault Use

You agree to provide accurate, complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your secure access links and verification details private.

6. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the secure document vault if you provide false information, violate these terms, or engage in fraudulent activities.
